 hi, I am talking about my favorite food My favorite food is HANDROLL. What is a handroll?, it is a roll of fried rice, that has vinegar, salt and sugar. it is stuffed chives, cream cheese and generally also chicken, mushroom or kanikama. the handroll is eaten with soy sauce or sweet and sour. But I love handroll of chicken with sauce sweet and sour. mmm yumy How it is made? firt, wash the rice then cook the rice with same amount of water. when it is ready, add vinegar, salt and sugar. while, cut the chicken add salt, pepper, garlic and cook in a frying pan. In a mat, put rice amd the chicken, cream chesse in  I like it because the mixture of cream cheese that is cold and creamy, with the fried rice that is hot and crunchy. since the handroll is fried and has the cream cheese , it has a lot of grease. Because of this,it is not healthy. It is so sad because it is very delicious.
